HSB Uppsala is one of Sweden's 23 regional HSB associations, and our area of operation includes Uppsala County. We are owned by our more than 24,000 members, and our mission is to create good, sustainable housing together. Our service offering is broad and includes newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and membership for housing cooperatives and individual members. We provide comprehensive property management, and among our clients are housing cooperatives, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners.

Responsibilities and Tasks

With us, craftsmen and technicians work with everything needed in and around our customers' properties to take care of them in the best way, from repairs and maintenance service to renovations and reconstructions.

As a plumbing installer, you will plan your workday together with management and colleagues to prioritize and handle the incoming cases. This means that the work can be carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

In the role of plumbing installer, we offer you the opportunity to use your analytical skills and technical expertise to plan, price, and estimate the time required for upcoming projects.

Requirements Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have:

• Certification as a plumbing installer.
• Certification in Safe Water installation and at least 5 years of work experience in the profession.
• You are self-driven, solution-oriented, have a high sense of service, and understand the importance of accuracy.
• You master Swedish in both speech and writing, as most of the work takes place in people's home environments.
• Good computer skills are necessary as all reporting is done digitally.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Experience in pricing plumbing work and welding skills are advantageous.

Other Information about the Position

The position is a full-time position at HSB Boservice in Uppland, a subsidiary of HSB Uppsala, and we apply a six-month probationary period.
